Constructed of 14 gauge steel and featuring our patent-pending vertical beam, 8-point locking technology, it offers features not found anywhere else. A high-quality Sargent and Greenleaf Spartan lock is protected by a single layer hardplate. The vertical beam locking technology positions the 1/4 inch carriage on end and is fully supported to prevent bending, offering increased security over traditional bolts or bars floating behind a sheet metal door jamb. The locking carriage engages with a 8 reinforced slots to neutralize pry attacks. The external hinges allow 180 degree door opening. The four welded dead bolts work in tandem with the concealed hinge hardware to lock the hinge side in place.The Scout series high security gun cabinet offers modular, multi-panel, flexible construction with American steel and high quality components throughout.
