The vertical beam locking technology positions the 1/4 inch carriage on end and is fully supported to prevent bending, offering increased security over traditional bolts or bars floating behind a sheet metal door jamb. The locking carriage engages with a 8 reinforced slots to neutralize pry attacks. The external hinges allow 180 degree door opening. The four welded dead bolts work in tandem with the concealed hinge hardware to lock the hinge side in place.The Scout series high security ammo cabinet offers modular, multi-panel, flexible construction with American steel and high quality components throughout. Since the Scout is assembled onsite, it can fit in places a traditional safe could never dream of. The ammo storage version features 4 solid shelves rated at 75 lbs each.
