TUSKLER is a two part tusk filling compound. After curing, it becomes solid and volume-stable thus preventing tusks from cracking. Easy handling and natural color ensures a perfect result every time. Depending on the tusk size, this packaging is sufficient for up to 10 sets. The packaging contains the two part tusk filling compound (2×100 ml), beaker, rubber gloves, plasticine and wooden stirrer. Keep out of reach of children. Instructions for use: 1. Check tusks for cracks. If there are any cracks tape over them with transparent adhesive tape, then wrap tusks in a masking tape from the tip to the neck. Make sure tusks are dry and degreased. 2. Before mixing the filling compound, we recommend measuring the inner tusk volume using sand and the beaker (do not use water for measuring!). After that, stand the tusks in a container with sand or fix them with plasticine. Check carefully that tusks are properly fixed. 3. Then prepare required amount of the filling compound. Pour components A and B into the beaker in the 1:1 ratio (close the bottles immediately after pouring). 4. Mix quickly but thoroughly. 5. Pour the filling compound mixture into the tusks. Working life of the mixture is 3 to 5 min depending on temperature. Leave 45 minutes to cure. 6. Unwrap the masking tape. Cured tusks can be mounted on a trophy plaque or used for taxidermy mount. Attention: Do not use at increased humidity and temperature (above 30°C). Avoid contact with water.
